Hi, I’m Tamy Emma.
I’m a communications specialist, researcher, and curator working at the intersection of culture, climate, systems thinking, and innovation. I support founders, institutions, and organizations in engaging creative and critical thought, structuring frameworks, shaping narratives, forging partnerships, and designing strategies that unlock cultural, economic and environmental value.
I speak the languages of business, the arts, ecology, planning and systems change — and move fluently between them. My work spans from advising early-stage startups and activating partnerships, to leading cultural programs, transformational strategies and research.
In my corporate practice, I’ve collaborated on public relations, campaigns, launched my own agency, produced original media, led business development and supported organizations across sectors like F&B, technology, culture, tourism, sustainability, e-commerce, regenerative agriculture, and the future of work. I’m currently based in Canada and Morocco — working alongside colleagues in North America, Europe, and Africa.
This site is a home for my independent consulting, and my cultural research practice. The latter focuses on bridging gaps between science and public through cultural communication, and developing projects that protect bioregional integrity, sustain harmonious development and preserve socio-ecological heritage.
